Hello world! It's been a while since I posted here but after so much time and effort that I put into autosurfinfo site and after seeing autosurfing industry collapse right after e-gold getting into problems I just needed some time off so this summer break was great vacation from internet activities.
As many who followed my blog remember I started some case studies on currently available online business models and I have quite some information to share which is coming up shortly as I finish my reports and you will be first to receive those and learn more about several quite hyped up methods how to earn money online. Is "Project Black Mask" worth it?

New book "Project Black Mask" recently was released by famous DayJobKiller team which is lead by Chris Mcneely who was also author of quite popular books "Adwords Miracle", "Project X" and earlier this year released "Day Job Killer". These books previously broke sales records at ClickBank and this new release is following same faith as within first week gravity for this book reached 500 at Clickbank and reached rank of top 1000 most visited webpages in internet according to alexa stats. This of course is outstanding achievement that Chris is repeating with every product he is releasing but in my opinion this is highly hyped out book which promises more than it actually delivers. Let's review why I think so:
1. Author of this book isn't Chris but Alex Goad from Net Frontier which means that Chris was just leading launch campaign and used his brand of DayJobKiller for higher success and to increase hype.
2. This book contains quite a lot of rehashed information that is available freely and experienced marketers will not find anything that groundbreaking new and original in this book.
3. Techniques described in this book basically show how to use automation tool to create thousands of pages each focusing on one keyword combination for each page to maximize chances of reaching top ranks in search engine results page (SERP) that guarantee quite focused organic traffic. But these techniques are quite outdated and were worth it may be a year ago but now have high potential for getting slapped by search engines.
4. Using these techniques may get your adsense account banned, websites that are used for this blacklisted and worst of all you can end up wasting quite a lot of time in creating such large hoards of focused keyword pages but not getting any traffic because these methods are considered black hat.

So I think it is only useful for those who focus on adsense site building and monetizing those with free or so called organic traffic from search engines but are just starting out with this and don't want to waste time researching how to do this via freely available information or for those experienced ones who never earned with adsense before via organic traffic and like to create shortterm high profit campaigns that have very high risk of becoming not profitable soon especially after such hyped up product release.

Google closing adsense accounts

As I mentioned on my monitor site I was planning to update on my adsense adventure but instead of great news that I had in mind for this post I now have to write about somewhat bad news I found out right after last update in monitor site. Appears Google started to hunt down so called MFA (made for adsense) site creators and suspending their accounts but paying out in full what they are owed. This has affected quite many adsense users already but from what I can tell mostly those were people earning 4-5 digit figures per month and using either MFA sites without content or with some bits of content to get around that quality score penalty. This has affected also some of the arbitragers who used content based approach by creating one page landing pages with few paragraphs and several adsense blocks but without any other links which actually forced visitors to either hit back button or choose one of the ads which raised CTR for those visits to 50-60% and made such sites quite profitable arbitrage wise.
As I discussed this issue with other more experienced content based arbitragers none of them received such suspension and we all agreed that this could because we have larger mini-sites with like 10-15 pages which all are interlinked and design is not that abviously MFA style but closer to general template designs. But this recent development from Google side who in my opinion are not just looking for their best interest but also for interests of advertisers who barely use content network advertising lately has motivated me to work on further changes for my site which would include adding other means of monetising like clickbank links and of course increasing content value not just by quantity but also by quality via adding only unique self written articles. This way I will be able also to bring in some organic traffic which will come from search engines free although building free traffic will take more time.
I will be researching into this account closing issue further to find out more details and understand real reasons behind this move by Google but I am quite certain this was aimed mostly to those who host adsense ads without and additional value like quality content and bring paid traffic to such sites to cash in from such situation that is made available.
One thing I found out just this morning is that Google adwords program will soon be improved by adding content network traffic detailed reports which will allow advertisers to see which content network sites are converting for them and which are waste of their money. This way it will be possible to filter out such no quality mfa sites easier and put them out of business actually. This indeed is good news for content arbitragers because now we will be able to increase quality of our traffic which will increase payout rate as well. My recent actions where I worked on increasing ROI were more or less in this direction where I tried to understand which traffic brings more revenue and filter out other traffic but it wasn't based on exact data just some assumptions and conclusions I came to but now I will have complete tool to analyse such data.
Still my campaigns are doing quite good and lately as I mentioned I have limited their daily budget growth to sustainable monthly amount which I can afford to invest until first google payments hit my bank account and worked mostly on increasing ROI which I managed to push up until 200% per day. Last week I managed to get my campaigns to consistent 20-25$ spend where I earn back 40-50$ per day.
Also few weeks ago I received my PIN letter from Google which they send once earnings reach 50$ for first time to identify given address and ensure that further payments will be sent correctly.

Adwords Editor

So let's review what happened since last report. After I set my goals to reach 50$ per day by end of week and 100$ per day by end of month I was forced to quickly reconsider my goals. And most probably you thought I did it because those goals were not possible to reach within such short period of time. Well reason was different and you will understand if you look at that screenshot below and you'll see that I reached my first goal of 50$ per day on same day or 17th of April

And then I realised that if I continue at such pace I would be not just earning 50-100$ per day but also spending around 60-70% of that amount to get that paid AdWords traffic. To earn that 54.52$ on 17th of April I had to spend 33.54$ which isn't that bad actually because it is pure profit of 21$ or 62% ROI. But payment procedure with AdWords and AdSense is quite unfavorable for AdSense earners because AdWords account is charged twice per month but earnings from AdSense are sent once per month with one month delay. Basically this means that if I earn on average 50$ per day then during one month I will earn around 1500$ but will need to pay to AdWords around 1000$ by end of this month but those earnings I will receive only month later. So by the time I receive that first payment I would already have spent over 2000$ and first payment would cover only large part of it but not completely. With budget of 100$ per day it would be just twice as much. So I decided to slow down this pace by setting daily budget to smaller amounts and work more on optimising my campaigns and in attempts of increasing that ROI to even higher figures. And I had quite some progress in this because I managed to increase daily ROI (return of investment) to whooping 120% on average per day for last 7 days. This basically means that for each 100$ spent in AdWords I would earn 220$ in AdSense or pure profit of 120$ per day. Although somewhere in the process of this optimisation I either lost some highly searched keywords or for some other reason my current campaigns dropped in traffic volumes which also means less daily gross values but currently I am not that concerned about this while I continue my experiments on lowest possible bids to get that max ROI because I plan to wait at least for my first AdSense payment before I start increasing daily budgets and searching for more profitable campaigns so for few next weeks I will continue playing around with various aspects of my current campaigns like ad copy text, keyword grouping, relevancy of those ads to increase ctr (click through rate) so I can learn what changes have most affect on increasing overall ROI and wait for my first 300$ payment somewhere in beginning of June.
That's about it regarding my recent progress with this AdSense arbitrage campaign but here is some valuable tip I want to give you especially for those who already got into this process and soon will be or already are working with their AdWords campaigns. Google provides free tool called AdWords editor (just Google search for AdWords editor for download link) which makes working with AdWords campaigns much easier and less time consuming because it can be done offline without waiting on those browser responses during navigation through various campaigns and some very nifty features that will allow applying some advanced optimisation methods like peal and stick. One of those features I loved most is keyword grouping which allows splitting existing ad group with some 200 keywords into 20-30 separate ads grouped by common keywords and this is good option to make more focused and relevant ads which will eventually increase ctr and allow filtering out useless keywords that bring traffic but no clicks. Anyway once you play around with it you will see it's advantages.

News about my adsense arbitrage quest

Well I started this venture about a month ago when I purchased ebook called Adsense Arbitrage by Michael Plante who discovered this method in such variation just few months ago. As Michael warned this will not be something quick and easy but once conquered then indeed worth it. Today when I checked my reports I found that I have finally hit that first golden niche which will bring those arbitrage profits and I must say feeling is great. After trying around 8 niches or so mostly with results of barely covering expenses but only once with loosing trend which I quickly cut off and lost only a dollar or so finally I have found one that gives at least twice as much I am spending in getting the traffic. To show you what I mean check out my screenshots (I blanked some data to follow google rules about sharing this data) from todays statistics of both adwords report which shows my expenses for today

As you can see I am earning almost 3 times more than spending on my traffic and this is my goal I was aiming at. It didn't go this way from day one of course as I had to test various niches for their profitability and as you can see from next screenshot

something worth mentioning as any earnings started only last Friday when I discovered this new quite profitable niche and since then depending on my optimisation efforts earnings have been increasing more or less until today when I hit new record of 20$ in earnings per day. So as you can see I am slowly getting into same trend Michael has shown in his screenshot and my next goal is reaching 50$ per day which I hope to reach by end of this week and hopefully 100$ per day by end of month. So my quest in testing this method is a success as you can see and now I am even more motivated getting into this business because fun part about it is after you create those minisites with HyperVRE it's mostly watching those profits coming in and optimising some parameters like daily budget and cost per click for increasing those. Currently totals for spending part in adwords are around 60$ but earnings reached 100$ already and as you noticed that payment on hold notice I am now waiting my pin code to validate my billing address and then I will receive my first check from Adsense. So some patience is required but as I learned method in general does work which is the most important part. I will continue reporting about my progress now more frequent because there is finally something to show and so you can see how I succeed with my new set goals.

Free tool for site generation

As I expected most time consuming part of this adsense arbitrage method will be creation of those sites and optimising them for higher adsense click through rate which would result in higher earnings. While last one I still haven't touched yet I have great news about site creation part. I found a free tool yes it is indeed free that will not just allow automating site creation part but also includes keyword generation, article searching, keyword density checking and many other great features that make this process fast and smooth. Name of this great tool is HyperVRE.
After learning how to use it and creating template for my sites I am now able to generate entire niche site with as much as 200-300 pages in it each with different content and correctly crosslinked and even grouped in major topics within 30-40 minutes. Yes you read this correctly that's indeed possible to create even 10 such sites during one day once you have created few and learned how this works. For example look at one of those quickly created sites at Forex niche site which I made within 20 minutes just few days ago and it is already bringing me 2-3$ per day in adsense earnings.
If you are serious about adsense arbitrage making work you have to understand that it is a numbers game mostly and experienced in this field people say that only 2-3 niches out of 10 tested usually give profit margin that is worth pushing further. So if you don't want to spend weeks or even months creating those sites but want fast and quick results this tool is must have and considering that it's free there is nothing that can prevent you from downloading and using it. I didn't want to rush with this before I checked out how it works myself but after more than one week of involvement in this new method I see that this method actually works. Thing is that I was somewhat sceptical about it at first but liked the idea behind it. Now I will start with a bit of history. Some of you probably know about this but most have just heard about google slap that it issued last year which basically made majority of sites with adsense ads in it pay significantly less than before and those who used paid traffic via adwords started to pay much higher price because of this new change in pricing. This change actually was forced action by google team because of quite many abusers using so called adsense arbitrage approach where they just created a site without any content except adsense ads and set up some adwords ads which brought large amounts of traffic to them which converted later in more money for those who used this approach. Basic example would be searching for some product like playstation and see adwords ad on right side of search result stating that it will show you top 10 sites about playstation. Quite large percentage of users fell for this trick and went to this site which had nothing else than more ads by google or in fact 10 of them. Since there were no other links people just clicked on these ads sometimes even on several and worst part most of these ads just lead to another site filled with ads bringing this process into endless cycle in some cases which was making good adsense revenue for such site owners but quality of such sites was close to zero since it didn't have any content. This method was abused to such extent that google search share started to drop because users were spammed with such low quality sites without any content just ads and google team decided to penalise such abusers by lowering payouts for ads on low quality content sites and increasing costs for paid ads leading to such sites. Quality score was introduced for sites and this was calculated using some semiautomatic method including human review. This actually killed this adsense arbitrage approach which was considered black hat method (in internet world considered as abuse of some loophole to gain profits). But good news are there is a different approach which is considered white hat method and lately is becoming more and more popular. AdsenseArbitrage is step by step guide for this method that is approved by Google Inc. and is completely new money earning method with very good longterm potential that requires only initial setup effort and very little maintenance afterwards which mostly involves increasing profits margin. By completely new I mean that in such combination it has never been used before and in my opinion it's main beauty is that end result is something that google team is looking for or in other words sites that have quality content. Author of this book discovered this method in October of 2006 and with trial and error approach learned how to maximise profits from it. Currently as I know he has approached 500$ per day margin but he also mentioned that one of his readers has reached 2000$ per day already. Another great thing about this method is that with proper approach initial investment can be as low as few hundred dollars but this can be returned within few weeks and from that point on it is just profits. I highly recommend checking out AdsenseArbitrage as I am myself currently focusing mainly on it and although my first week just brought me 15$ profit where I spent 3$ on adwords ads and earned 18$ with adsense but main thing here is that it actually works and it is just matter of finding more time to make those numbers larger for me. I am still reviewing one particular method that is getting more and more popular this year and in general isn't something new but quite overlooked and rarely used yet. It was discovered only late in 2006 and only getting more attention this year. More details will follow in later posts but meanwhile I want to mention this new software I purchased and I am very eager to see in work - Adsense Gold. This is tracking software that takes reporting of adsense traffic to ultimate advanced level and gives you full control of your adsense empire. Mine is just in beginning stages but from what I found about features of this product this is one of the best of it's kind allowing to analyse demographics of visitors, find highest paying ads, filter out cheap ones that prevent higher paying ones to be shown, identify weak links and many more features. Now also includes Yahoo publisher network tracking which is currently biggest competition for Google although this is older one and was overcome by Google but lately is getting improvements that start pushing big G share of market. If you are serious about making money with Adsense then Adsense Gold is a must have package for optimising your adsense cashflow into bigger profits. I highly recommend it and will later post more info on how to maximise it's effectiveness.

As you probably noticed I have added adsense ads in this site. I plan to do some research into this business direction which is making literally billions for Google and quite large portion of this pie goes to publishers of those ads like me on this site. Of course since I just started there won't be much but first two days already gave me some profit which equaled 0.2$ yesterday and 0.4$ today. I am currently researching best options and optimal way to get into this business so if you want to learn more about my findings visit after few days when I will post more information.
